Weddings, blessings, funerals, and baptisms (christenings)
If you live in the parish of Woolwich, or attend St Mary’s Church, or you feel you have a connection with our church, either now or at some point in the past, even through a family member or friend, then you are welcome to explore getting married, having a marriage blessing, or getting yourself or your children baptised in our church, and of course having the funeral of a loved one here. We also prepare people for confirmation. And we do of course read the Banns of Marriage for people who are getting married in our church or elsewhere.
The Church of England website gives more information about each of these services, so please click on the link below to read learn a little more.
If you, feel you would like to enquire further about any of these then please contact the Rector, and make an appointment to see him at the Rectory, 43 Rectory Place, Woolwich, SE18 5DA. Phone 020 84657307 or email: email@example.com
We look forward to hearing from you on any of these special occasions in life, whether happy or sad. If you prefer you can attend the Sunday morning service at St Mary’s Church, at 10.00am and speak to the Rector briefly after the service.
